Why we built EaseAcademia
Schools are some of the most complex organisations there are. In a single day, a school admits students, tracks attendance, teaches and assesses, collects fees, runs HR, manages a library, a clinic, a hostel, transport, catering — and keeps parents in the loop through all of it.
Yet most schools run this on a patchwork of spreadsheets, one-off apps and paper. Data is re-keyed between systems, reports take days, and no one has a single, live picture of what’s happening. The tools get in the way of the work.
We wanted to change that with one connected platform where every part of a school shares the same live data — and every member of the community, from the head teacher to a parent, logs into a portal built for them.
