Modules like Finance, HR, Library, Hostel, Health Clinic, SEND, Catering, the School Store and External Exams are optional add-ons you switch on when you need them.
How does pricing work?
You pay a single base fee that includes generous allowances for students, staff, invoices and messaging, plus a monthly price for each add-on module you enable. Usage beyond your allowances is metered transparently.
Can we manage more than one school?
Yes. The School Groups & Districts module adds centralized administration, cross-school analytics, consolidated reporting and group-managed billing for multi-school operators.
How do parents pay fees?
Fees are collected online through Paystack. Parents see outstanding balances and payment history in their portal, pay securely, and download receipts — with everything reconciled against the school’s finance ledger automatically.
Do you support multiple currencies?
Yes. Finance runs a per-currency ledger, so schools operating across currencies get an accurate net position without manual conversion.
